Peanut butter loverssssss! Whatsuuuup?! This one is for you, chile! I tried this recipe as a post workout smoothie the other day and it was a banger! It was so creamy and delicious that it gave me milkshake vibes! If you LOVE LOVE LOVE peanut, almond, or cashew butter, I’m sure you’ll enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients:
- Frozen banana (1 whole or 1/2 of a banana, depends on how much you like bananas)
- Frozen strawberries (1.5 cups)
- Almond milk (1 cup)
- Peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter (2-3 tbs) (This flavor will be very powerful, if you only want a hint of it use 2 tbs)
- Maple syrup (2 tbs)
- Flax seed ground (1 tps)
Instructions:
- Put frozen bananas and strawberries in your blender and blend until smooth
- Add peanut butter and 1 cup of almond milk and blend until smooth again
- Lastly, add in your maple syrup and flax seed ground and blend until smooth one last time!
- Serve, sip, and enjoy!
